The website www.fortunique.com is managed by ForTunique B.V. and is also the controller for the processing of your personal data within the meaning of the Personal Data Protection Act.
ForTunique B.V. is located at Lindenlaan 31c 6584 AC in Molenhoek, registered at the Chamber of Commerce under number: 09130135.
Use of collected data
When you sign up for one of our services, we ask you to provide personal and company details. This data is used to provide the service and to receive payment. When you request a service, we need your name, e-mail address, company, and payment details. If your company is located outside the Netherlands, we will ask for your VAT number so that we can transfer the VAT. We ask your address to be able to properly prepare your invoice. We ask for your telephone number to be able to speak to you personally for support regarding the delivery of the service or to schedule appointments.
We only use your data to ensure that our cooperation and payment are as accurate and efficient as possible. The data is stored on secure servers of ForTunique BV or those of a third party. We will not combine this data with other personal data that we have. During our collaboration, we send emails to provide parts of our services and to answer questions.
When you send e-mails, information, or other messages to us, we may save those messages. We will only ask you for personal information if it is relevant to the collaboration in question. This makes it possible to process your questions and answer your requests. The data is stored on secure servers of ForTunique BV or those of a third party. We will not combine this data with other personal data that we have.
Security of personal data
When you send a message or request a quote via the website, the Secure Socket Layer is used. A green lock appears with “https” indicating that you can navigate safely.
Automated decision making
ForTunique B.V. does not make decisions on the basis of automated processing about matters that may have (significant) consequences for persons. This is about decisions that are made by computer programs or systems, without human intervention.

Types of cookies
Three cookie types are used on this website: functional cookies, analytics cookies, and marketing cookies. Functional cookies are cookies that are necessary for the functioning of a website. Analytics cookies are needed to collect statistics. These are encrypted and anonymous. Analytics cookies and functional cookies do not collect any personal data. Marketing cookies collect information about website behavior and ensure that more relevant advertisements are displayed for you. Third-party services are used for this (Google, LinkedIn, Flodesk).
Because we want to know how our visitors use the website, and we can optimize the use of the website, I use Google Analytics. Analytical cookies from Google are therefore placed via this website. The information is made anonymous. Your IP address is explicitly not used. We cannot and will not personally trace you. The information obtained from the cookie, in combination with your IP address, is transferred to one of the Google servers. This can be a server located in the United States. ForTunique B.V. will never actively or consciously sell your personal information to third parties and will only make it available to third parties if they are involved in providing a requested service. These parties are of course obliged to treat your data confidentially.

Choices for personal data
You always have the right to withdraw your consent to process your data, after which we will no longer process your data. The withdrawal of this consent does not affect the legality of our data processing based on your consent that took place before this withdrawal.
You also have the right to inspect your personal data and the right to rectify your personal data. If you want to know which personal data we process about you, you can request a written inspection. If your data is incorrect, incomplete, or irrelevant, you can request us in writing to change or supplement your data.
You also have a right to delete your personal data, a right to limit processing, and a right to object to the processing. You are also entitled to transfer or make your data transferable. You can also submit a written request for this. To ensure that the request for inspection has been made by you, we request that you send a copy of your proof of identity with the request. Make in this copy your passport photo, MRZ (Machine Readable Zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and Citizen service number (BSN) black. Our website does not intend to collect information about website visitors under the age of 16. Unless they have permission from parents or guardians. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that personal data about a minor has been collected through this website without permission, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org. Then this information is deleted. We will process your request within 30 days. Written also means an e-mail. You can e-mail your request to us via email@example.com.

We do not store your data for longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was received. The information we receive from you to reply to a message that you have sent to us through our contact form will be deleted within 1 year of my last correspondence with you. We keep the data in my CRM system for at least 7 years, among other things to meet our legal obligation. This data will be deleted by us within 1 year of the expiry of that obligation. The above period applies unless there are further legal obligations for us to keep the data longer and/or to keep it available.
Most browsers are set by default to accept cookies, but you can reset your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, it is possible that some functions and services on our and other websites will not function correctly if cookies are disabled in your browser.
